Successfully co-organized COVID-19-20 challenge on lung CT lesion segmentation. The winning team has been released.
Clara Train 4.0 Released
New major features introduced in Clara Train 4.0:
- Upgrade of the underlying infrastructure of Clara Train based on MONAI.
- Expansion into digital pathology, with a training pipeline to help you get started.
- Update of the DeepGrow model to annotate organs effectively in 3D images.
CVPR 2021 ORAL
Our paper on DiNTS: Differentiable Neural Network Topology Search for 3D Medical Image Segmentation is accepted as oral presentation at CVPR 2021.

Nature Medicine
Our collaboration work on “Federated learning for predicting clinical outcomes in patients with COVID-19” was published in Nature Medicine. It demonstrates how privacy-preserving federated learning techniques can enable the creation of robust AI models that work well across organizations, even in industries constrained by confidential or sparse data.
